There are many roads to healing

As I build out my new and improved website, I’ll be listing a variety of resources under the “investigation tools” tab.  While healing from chronic health always requires education and inner work, it is by no means a one-size-fits all road.

One person may benefit from journaling, another may be among the blessed few that simply read Dr. Sarno’s book and recover.  (Those are in the minority, by the way.)   I have used resources like Dr. Schubiner’s “Unlearn Your Pain” and others have said Dr. Clark’s book, “They Can’t Find Anything Wrong,” was the key.

The point is, if you are frustrated because you’ve tried something and it didn’t work, it doesn’t mean you’re stuck.  It just means you need to find the right key.

In the meanwhile, if you are feeling discouraged, check out the TMS Wiki page.  This is an active community with lots of peer support as well as some TMS pros that are active.  Take advantage of this free resource!
