Life Coaching & Spiritual Direction
Life Coaching
Life coaching is a powerful tool for self-improvement and personal growth. It is an ongoing, interactive process that begins with setting goals and takes you through to achieving them. A life coach can help you identify what it is you really want out of life, determine the steps to get there, and then hold you accountable on the journey to success.
No matter where you are in your life, whether it be at the beginning of an exciting new career path or in a difficult period of transition, a qualified coach can provide support and guidance every step of the way. A great coach will work with you to develop actionable plans tailored specifically for your needs as well as helping you stay motivated when things get tough. They will also keep things real by bringing an honest perspective into the conversation so that progress can be tracked accurately.
I especially love helping mature (ahem, ahem over 50ish) find their footing and relaunch their life after significant life events. This can include but is not limited to: Gray divorce, starting over again for whatever reason, serious health issues, and one of my favorites: I-don’t-know-what-I-want-to-be-when-I-grow-up syndrome. Spiritual Direction
Spiritual direction is a practice of self-inquiry and exploration into our spiritual identity. It is an opportunity to reflect on where you are in your faith journey, share how your relationship with God has been evolving, and find clarity for the questions and doubts you have about your spirituality. A spiritual director can help give insight into the deeper meanings of these experiences, emotions, practices, or events.
It is important to note that spiritual direction is not about telling someone what to do or prescribing one specific set of beliefs or practices to follow. Instead, it offers an open space for exploring a person's individual connection with God and the divine. Through honest dialogue and careful observation of one’s innermost thoughts, feelings, values and goals—a form of deep introspection—a true sense of one’s unique spiritual path can be discovered.
Spiritual direction is not limited to one flavor of spirituality. Buddhist, Christian, Agnostic… all are welcome. Here’s more information on spiritual direction.
I offer a free 15-minute phone session to see if we’re a good fit for each other.*

You gotta fill out the application first! (Psst, sometimes just filling that out creates clarity!) My rates are $75/one hour session OR $55/Hour with a minimum of four hours. Spiritual Direction is a monthly appointment and is charged on a sliding scale. In other words, pay what you can. Recommended rates is $60/hour.
